Interesse, stellte uns vor die Herausforderung, eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die bislang wenig zufriedenstellende <strong>Transformation der Unternehmensstrategie in das Unternehmen<\/strong> hinein zu finden. Bereits zwischen der ersten und der zweiten F\u00fchrungsebene gab es Unstimmigkeiten. \u00dcberdies galt es, unter den Mitarbeitern <strong>nicht nur ein Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Strategie, sondern f\u00fcr die Gesamtsituation<\/strong> des Unternehmens <strong>zu schaffen<\/strong>. Zahlreiche Mitarbeiter waren in eine Phase des starken Wachstums zum Unternehmen hinzugekommen und nahmen die aktuell angespannte Situation nicht vollumf\u00e4nglich wahr. Ohne ein <strong>erneutes Erstarken der Verbindung zwischen der ersten und der zweiten F\u00fchrungsebene<\/strong> und das Abholen der Mitarbeiter aus der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart war ein geschaffen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir haben die strategische Basis um das <strong>Element \u201eMarkenkern\u201c erg\u00e4nzt<\/strong>, diesen mit der ersten F\u00fchrungsebene klar herausgearbeitet und mit der zweiten F\u00fchrungsebene validiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir haben den Kenntnisstand der zweiten F\u00fchrungsebene \u00fcber die geplanten Initiativen im Rahmen der Strategierealisierung erhoben, und ein <strong>gemeinsames Bild \u00fcber die Strategie und deren Umsetzung geschaffen<\/strong> sowie den <strong>Markenkern<\/strong> f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Positionierung des Unternehmens <strong>pro Bereich grunds\u00e4tzlich durchdekliniert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir haben gegenseitige <strong>Erwartungen gekl\u00e4rt, Missverst\u00e4ndnisse aufgedeckt<\/strong> und m\u00f6gliche <strong>Bremsen der Strategierealisierung offengelegt und gel\u00f6st<\/strong>, so dass beide F\u00fchrungsebenen wieder an einem Strang ziehen konnten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir haben gemeinsam mit beiden F\u00fchrungsebenen ein <strong>klares Bild f\u00fcr jede Abteilung skizziert<\/strong>, was die Unternehmensstrategie und die Initiativen f\u00fcr jede Abteilung konkret bedeuten sollten, so dass die Kommunikation in die Abteilung beginnen konnte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir haben ein <strong>Vorgehen<\/strong>
