Unternehmensf\u00fchrung und dem Chairman eine <strong>Mittelfrist-Strategie<\/strong>. Diese Strategie wurde stets fortgeschrieben, um aktuellen Erkenntnissen Rechnung zu tragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir unterst\u00fctzten bei der <strong>Reorganisation der Kernprozesse<\/strong>, hier insbesondere bei der <strong>effizienten Neugestaltung der logistischen Abl\u00e4ufe<\/strong> und gaben Anregungen zur deutlichen <strong>Kostensenkung<\/strong> im Outbound-Bereich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Unter Mitarbeit von Mandat wurde der Handelswareneinkauf <strong>professionalisiert<\/strong> und die <strong>Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Ergebnisverbesserungen<\/strong> von mehreren hunderttausend Euro geschaffen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Im kleinsten Kreis mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung wurde ein <strong>neues Preiskonzept<\/strong> verabschiedet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Da das Unternehmen durch <strong>Zukauf<\/strong> und <strong>Aufbau neuer Gesellschaften<\/strong> zu einem der bedeutendsten Unternehmen der Branche in Europa heranwuchs, sch\u00e4rften wir gemeinsam mit den L\u00e4nderverantwortlichen die <strong>Vorgehensstrategien<\/strong>, hier insbesondere in Ungarn und in der Tschechischen Republik. Dabei wurden auch die <strong>Prozesse<\/strong> zwischen den L\u00e4ndern und der deutschen Zentrale <strong>pr\u00e4zise geregelt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir bauten eine <strong>Gesamt-Projektsteuerung<\/strong> auf, die sicherstellte, dass die begrenzten Ressourcen auf die <strong>wirkungsvollsten Punkte<\/strong> konzentriert werden konnten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit einem <strong>Sonderprojekt<\/strong> trugen wir f\u00fcr die <strong>professionelle Aufstellung<\/strong> eines weiteren erworbenen Unternehmens Sorge, das einen erg\u00e4nzenden Teil der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette abbildet. Hier stand insbesondere die <strong>Professionalisierung des Vertriebes<\/strong> im Vordergrund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div
