Tochtergesellschaften erarbeiteten wir die <strong>Marktsegment-Strategien der Unternehmenst\u00f6chter<\/strong>. Wir hinterfragten kritisch eventuelle <strong>strategische<\/strong> und <strong>operative<\/strong> <strong>Risiken<\/strong>, fokussierten einige der Unternehmen pr\u00e4ziser und \u00fcberpr\u00fcften auch im Dialog die <strong>Potenziale<\/strong> der Verantwortlichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dieser <strong>Top-Down-Ansatz<\/strong> in Kombination mit dem best\u00e4ndigen Abgleich im Kernteam mit dem Chairman, dem CEO und dem CFO erm\u00f6glichte es, zus\u00e4tzliche <strong>Synergien<\/strong> auszuloten, die durch eine <strong>koordiniertere Zusammenarbeit<\/strong> zwischen den Tochtergesellschaften additiv gehoben werden konnten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Im Rahmen der <strong>Optimierung der Holdingprozesse<\/strong> gingen wir insbesondere auf die <strong>Verwaltungsprozesse<\/strong> und die <strong>IT-Prozesse<\/strong> In moderierten Meetings erarbeiteten wir <strong>Engp\u00e4sse<\/strong> und <strong>Potenziale<\/strong> und sorgten f\u00fcr einen <strong>Realisierungsplan<\/strong>, der in den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Arbeitstreffen des Unternehmens abgearbeitet wurde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wir f\u00fchrten s\u00e4mtliche
