We interviewed all of the field representatives using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed the <strong>existing sales processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We supported the management in its <strong>dialogue with the owner<\/strong> to develop a target-oriented sales approach consistently geared to the customer&#8217;s <strong>potential<\/strong> and <strong>needs<\/strong>. Thanks to targeted moderation and mediation, it was also possible to establish a <strong>productive basis<\/strong> for dialogue between the owner and the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandat assisted in <strong>restructuring sales territories<\/strong> and in<strong> introducing a sales management system<\/strong> that allows successes to be identified more quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Management <strong>responsibilities<\/strong> have been <strong>redefined<\/strong>.
