structure<\/strong> with the client, identified the <strong>key people<\/strong> and other <strong>contributors<\/strong> who would spearhead a project involving the entire company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The kick-off of the project was especially important; it was where the<strong> project manager<\/strong> and all of the <strong>sub-project managers were appointed<\/strong>. Afterwards, the project and all of the sub-projects were planned in detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandat designed a procedure of progressive specification, which initially included the <strong>conceptual design<\/strong> and then the <strong>implementation<\/strong>. The <strong>marketing<\/strong> and <strong>sales-relevant measures<\/strong> were bundled in 16 sub-projects, which were launched in stages. In addition, we systematically ensured that <strong>administrative<\/strong> and <strong>purchasing-related processes<\/strong> were developed in parallel to ensure that sales received the best possible support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We planned 6 identical <strong>implementation projects<\/strong> for the sales regions and thus ensured that the <strong>measures<\/strong> were <strong>implemented uniformly<\/strong> across the regions. We made sure that none of the measures adversely affected <strong>day-to-day business<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In the context of a national sales conference, we involved some <strong>150 sales staff<\/strong> in the <strong>project work<\/strong> through concurrent workshops carried out over the course of a few hours to ensure that <strong>no ego-related obstacles<\/strong> would arise during the implementation phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We also supported the <strong>development of a customer collaboration<\/strong> <strong>system<\/strong> as an effective customer
