It is the rare consultant who can claim to have systematically made managers, teams and working groups more successful for over 20 years. Susanne Fiss-Quelle is among this select group of experts.

After more than ten years of professional and managerial responsibility in marketing and sales for successful companies in the exhibition, IT and telecommunications business, Susanne Fiss-Quelle has been an independent consultant, moderator and coach since 2000. Her remarkable reputation for enhancing the success of individuals, groups and real teams is the result of her constant emphasis on reinforcing existing strengths and thus tapping potential with a laser focus.

Wherever the task is to forge project teams, as well as identify and develop existing competencies, the senior consultant is the go-to consultant, both in successful companies and non-profits. The systematic refinement of this approach of strengthening competencies is the establishment of successful partnerships and networks. In this way, Fiss-Quelle succeeded in forging a network of 360 business women from scratch within four years, a network that continues to grow without any external support and currently has more than 800 members. Susanne Fiss-Quelle passed the management “baton” in 2006 to concentrate on developing the model behind this success. She regularly offers networking events. The Dortmund Success Dinner that emerged from from her efforts has since become a brand of its own and she has even exported it to Berlin.

Fiss-Quelle holds an advanced degree in business administration from the Freie Universität Berlin. At the same time she studied at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Fiss-Quelle is a sponsoring member of the Wirtschaftsjunioren Dortmund and has been a supporter of the training initiative JOBfit for many years as part of its leadership. She is an independent senior consultant for Mandat Managementberatung GmbH in Dortmund and the author of numerous articles in trade journals. Susanne is also responsible for numerous studies on marketing and sales-related topics.

Susanne is married and lives with her husband and their dogs in Dortmund.
