A service company – one of Germany’s top ten companies in its sector – was acquired by a private equity company, consisting of a network of subsidiaries that operated independently on the market. Our clients, the CEO and the chairman of the company, identified a need to specify the market strategies of the subsidiaries as well as the strategy of the company as a whole in a comprehensible way that would allow for systematic growth in the future.
