Singapore Airlines vs. Frankfurt Airport Staff – Update

For those of you who read my article about cultural differences between Singapore Airlines employees and Frankfurt Airport Staff, here’s an update. It shows that Frankfurt Airport is interested in these kind of feedbacks in order to improve:
